I think we might get our October Surprise after all.
As you consider the implications of Syria becoming the Laos/Cambodia of Iraq, listen to the soundtrack of the last war that had gone off the rails...once Vietnam had truly become a bloody proxy for an ideological struggle within our own country. Turn it up. Good times.
